In these cases the user may reboot the system and rerun the XTU installer or application. When Windows Smart App Control feature is enabled, installing and/or running XTU may result in a notification or error from Windows. In certain undervolt protected system configurations XTU will be unable to set voltage controls to system default values. In these cases, XTU is unable to function when these features are enabled. In certain system configurations, Core Isolation Memory Integrity, Hyper-V, and Virtual Machine State are incompatible with XTU.That whole experience got me kind of sketched out on it.The software interface exposes a set of robust capabilities common in most enthusiast platforms along with special new features available on new Intel processors and motherboards. MOBO was displaying it was in BIOS but it wouldn’t show on my monitor. When I got done doing the stock tuning in the guide, I changed the frequency groups to what I wanted originally and began crashing so hard on boot I couldn’t even get BIOS to display. This is my first time attempting overclocking. It’s settings are:īut I find geekbench 6 to be inconsistent. I have a profile saved that was doing really great for me. I have a p core sp of 98 and an e core sp of 69. And I may just be aiming way to high for my clocks for an i7. Hardest part of following the guide and getting info from comments here is everyone is on a i9-13900k and the frequencies etc are way different between the 2. This was after some fiddling last night after making my post. But as of right now, I’m passing 3D mark timespy, an hour of OCCT at medium and large set to extreme, and geekbench 6 benches. If I do not add that offset geekbench 6 just exits the benchmark without any windows errors in HWinfo. Adding the offset at 11 was the only way could get geekbench 6 to pass. Currently trying to get 58x2, 57x4, 56圆, 55x8 with a +2 OCTVB profile. I’m on an asus z790 Maximus hero with a i7-13700k. I am fiddling with OCTVB and setting my core frequencies.
